David & Sandra's Preliminary Hearing! Abortionists Testify Under Oath

higher rez.jpg

Update: This event has been canceled. It will be rescheduled for a later date.

We're getting news, straight from one of the defense lawyers in the Center for Medical Progress case, that a stay of proceedings has been granted. The preliminary hearing is on hold until the California Supreme Court can answer an appeal regarding an action by the judge. If you can't change your calendar at this point, and will still be in the city with nothing to do on Monday, feel free to connect with us. Just send us a message on the contact page.

David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of the Center for Medical Progress continue to face baseless criminal charges from the CA Attorney General’s office. The charges stem from CMP’s 2015 investigative exposé into Planned Parenthood's involvement with illegal fetal tissue trafficking. Xavier Becerra brought this case just months after then AG, Kamala Harris (who has a long-standing relationship with Planned Parenthood), ordered a home raid on Daleiden’s apartment. The “does,” including many abortionists, will be called to testify under oath on their participation in the harvesting and selling of baby body parts!

Join the Center for Medical Progress, Pro-Life San Francisco, and many other national pro-life leaders at the Hall of Justice, 850 Bryant Street at 8 A.M. for a rally and press conference to support our pro-life heroes. Wear green, a universal symbol of life and a visible show of your support.

UNPLANNED Movie in San Francisco! - Free Screening

Please register on Eventbrite so we have an accurate headcount and list of names. We will give you your ticket at the table in the lobby of AMC Metreon 16. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early (ex: 6:30pm) to pick up your ticket.

Movie begins at 7:00pm (sharp!) in auditoriums 9 & 10. There will be brief announcements before and after the film.

Be sure to meet us on the top level of the Metreon complex, closer to the theater concessions. We will not be near the box office on the ground floor.

Unplanned is the inspiring true story of one woman’s journey of transformation.

All Abby Johnson ever wanted to do was help women. As one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation, she was involved in upwards of 22,000 abortions and counseled countless women about their reproductive choices. Her passion surrounding a woman’s right to choose even led her to become a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, fighting to enact legislation for the cause she so deeply believed in.

Until the day she saw something that changed everything, leading Abby Johnson to join her former enemies at 40 Days For Life, and become one of the most ardent pro-life speakers in America.

Unplanned is the most important movie you’ll ever see on the most controversial issue of our time. No matter which side of the fence you’re on, no one will leave this film unmoved.

In Memory of Holly

Holly O’Donnell was the courageous former procurement technician who helped expose the sale of aborted baby body parts for profit at StemExpress and Planned Parenthood in 2015. Tragically, after fighting multiple severe medical challenges for several years, Holly O’Donnell passed from this life on September 30, 2018.

Everyone who was inspired by Holly’s example of courageous and humble truth-telling and grateful for her heroic eyewitness testimony, is invited to remember her life and work at a special memorial in Sacramento on December 20.

Join us as we remember the life and work of Pro-Life hero, Holly Kaitlyn O’Donnell, through song, poetry, and spoken word. Hors d'oeuvres and libations will be served.

Stand With David

Update: The hearing this Thursday has been canceled. Our event will be rescheduled for a later date.

Join us on [TBD] at the Oakland Federal Courthouse in support of David Daleiden and The Center for Medical Progress. Recently uncovered evidence suggests that Planned Parenthood and ABR doctored invoices related to the revenues from their tissue procurement program. David is asking the Court to force them to produce the original records.

This will be David’s last civil court hearing before the state’s bogus criminal trial begins in February. The exact time is not yet known, but be prepared to come and engage the public beforehand. We'll have flyers, signs & chants ready for you. We will not give up and we will not allow this work to be silenced!
